My Simple Tips For Strong, Long And Healthy Hair

Whether you’re looking for a way to grow long hair, to stop hair fall, to have smooth, silky hair, to get rid of dandruff or whatever you want for your hair, these tips will help you have healthier and happier hair!

We all have hair and even if today people remove most hair on their bodies, one specific area gets a lot of attention …the hair on your head!

Long, short, thick, straight, curly, wavy, blond, brown, brunette or whatever color your hair is, man or woman and no matter how your hair looks right now, one thing is for sure… we all want beautiful, healthy hair.

When it comes to hair it’s important to understand two things. First, genetics play a good role in it! Some people have exceptionally great hair!

Second…no matter how your hair is, with a few tips and the right care you can help your hair become stronger, healthier and keep it like that. And here’s how you can do it!

Healthy Hair

It All Starts From The Inside

The stressful and fast life of today makes you skip meals and then eat whatever you can grab, usually unhealthy.

Eating chaotically and unhealthy has a huge impact on your hair. Just like your body requires certain nutrients to function properly the same goes for your hair! Even the lack of water ( dehydration ) causes hair loss.

So pay attention to what you eat and drink every day and start making healthier choices! Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and nutrients your hair needs to be strong and beautiful!

Manage Your Everyday Stress

I’m sure you’ve seen, heard or maybe it even happened to you to experience massive hair loss after a stressful time, a certain shock or a difficult situation! Stress can cause major hair loss!

So learning to manage your stress and living a happier, more relaxed and peaceful life will certainly have an awesome impact on your hair health! Learn here how to manage stress.

Your Hair Is Alive

Some agree, some don’t. Believe what you like.

But if you pay attention you’ll realise that everything it’s connected. I also like to say it has a mind of its own but that’s just my opinion!

Listen, you might believe it or not but your hair is real. It’s not just something on your head without any purpose!

Here’s the thing …if mother nature left you with hair, there was probably a reason for doing so!

Now I’m not going all scientific here to talk about why we have hair and hair purpose but just know that it has a purpose. It’s there for a reason and it’s ALIVE!

Everything you do, how you feel, what you eat and drink, how you live … everything has an impact on your hair! So take a look at how your life is and make some positive changes not only for your hair but for your overall well-being!

Long Hair

Stop Stressing Your Hair Out

Just like you get stressed out when you overdue things and you feel you need a break, same goes with your hair. It’s nice and fun to always have a different, cool hair style and change your hair color all the time. Plus…everyone wants it as fast and as often as possible!

Fast doesn’t mean healthy!

Sure it looks great for a certain event but on the long term your hair might not be so happy. Today you want straight hair, tomorrow you might like some curls and funky colors and so on… but all of this is putting stress on your hair ending up damaging it!

So give it a break! Let it free, let it breathe. Just like you…it needs some time to recover!

Oils

Oils are a wonderful and natural way to keep your hair in a good shape. I’ve started using oils a few years ago and still love them today.

They are a great way to give your hair a boost and get those nutrients it needs for a healthy and strong look. It helps with dry hair, hair fall, dandruff and even split ends.

Keep in mind that we’re all different. Some have really dry hair, some have dandruff, some have damaged hair, others have really weak hair and what works for someone might not work for the other.

But the good thing is that there are so many oils available. Jojoba oil, castor oil, coconut oil, olive oil, argan oil… so just find one that works for your hair. It might take some time to find the right one but the results will be amazing!

You can add the oil on your hair and leave it for half an hour and then wash it for a smooth, shiny and silky hair. You can also massage it into your hair.

If you don’t mind the oiliness you can leave it on for the night and wash in the morning. You can put a towel on your pillow to make sure it won’t stain.

Love Your Hair Exactly How It Is

People who have a lot of hair want less. Who has less wants more. Who has straight hair wants curls and who has it curly or wavy spends so much time to straighten it.

Who has volume naturally doesn’t like it while others use extensions to add some volume! Some hate their hair while others are struggling to stop it from falling and are doing hair implants!

Crazy isn’t it?

Love your hair exactly how it is! We’re all different and that’s what makes us special and unique!

Strong Hair

Pay Attention To What Products You Are Using

Using the wrong product or overdoing it might end up damaging your hair! I feel like when I was a kid products like shampoo were more natural, simple and enough!

Now it’s so hard to find a good one! People use so many products to get their hair in a good condition and there are so many full of chemicals that are not so healthy. So pay attention to what you’re using for your hair.

Listen To Your Hair

I know, I know, sounds crazy? Ok, let me rephrase, take a good look at your hair!

Think about it for a minute. Let’s say that you get a new face cream and after you use it, even if it feels great, you end up with a rash or the next day you wake up with your face full of breakouts!

Clearly that cream is not so good for you! Same goes for your hair. So pay attention to it!

Drink Water

Just like your body needs water to function properly, your hair also needs it! Check out this article to find out how water keeps you healthy!

Love Your Grey Hair

Lots of people freak out when they get grey hair. There’s nothing wrong or shameful about grey hair!

We all get it.

Some get it in their 20s, some in theirs 50s. It’s totally normal and genetics play a good role in it. Some even change their hair color to an ash grey because it’s cool. So instead of hating your hair, learn to love it as it is and to take proper care of it.

Keep It Simple

Most times simple is the best! Why complicate things that are actually pretty simple? You use so many products trying to achieve a certain look only to end up damaging your hair.

Then you use other products trying to recover your hair but you end up stressing and damaging your hair even more. You start complaining about it and you don’t understand what’s wrong with your hair!

Using lots of products to make it healthy doesn’t work if you’re not addressing the cause of why your hair is not in a good condition.

It’s like when you have an ache somewhere in your body. You use some painkillers or you rub some gel to make the pain go away but the cause it’s still there!

So the right thing to do is find out the cause and solve it instead of just looking for a way to cover it!

Like I said earlier…give it a break, some time to fully recover! You don’t like it when you’re stressed out, neither does your hair!

The most important thing to understand is that it all starts from inside! A healthy life promotes healthy hair! You won’t get results over night but with care and patience you’ll grow your hair stronger and healthier.

Exhale And Enjoy Life it's a moment of joy in a crazy life reminding you to live.
