You’re right – I noticed the effects as soon as I started drinking more water every day. It’s truly a healer!
Yes it is!
Great post. I knew some of those reasons to drink water..and now I learned some new ones. I like to drink Fiji water, it is pH 7.8 or better and there is also Essentia 9.5 pH. They use Well water and a Ionic separation Technology. They remove the positive charge, which goes back into the ground (therefore no waist) and the negative charge is bottled.
By removing the + charge the acidic part is also removed making it 9.5 +/- pH. Molecules are small enough again to enter your cells. Most bottled water is only purified by reverse osmosis. It cleans the water but does not remove the acid. With the acid present, making it harder for the molecules to enter your cells. Acid is in all water, be it river, ground or streams that are near industrialized cities. When it rains, the rain brings with it the contamination we put into the environment.
The Fiji Islands and Iceland are the few exceptions. 🙂
