You know that feeling when it’s time to let go and move on but you just don’t want to? When instead of letting go you keep holding on to the past?
There comes a time when you realize that nothing is like it used to be and even though you know deep inside that things will never be the same again…instead of moving on, you hold on to those things like crazy.
You don’t want things to change. It scares you because you’re not used to the new situation, maybe you don’t like it and… it feels safe where you are.
But here’s the thing… some things will never be the same no matter how hard you try and how much you hope and wish for them to stay the same or, go back to the way they used to be.
It’s not your fault, it’s just life. And it’s OK. That’s how things work. They change, they evolve. Even you and your body change all the time. If you can change something, do it. If not, just let it go. Learn the lesson and move on.
Time goes by, things change, people change, life moves on and there is nothing you can do about it. You need to understand that there are things you can’t control in life. You need to detach emotionally from all those things that hold you back. Let go and move on.
Stop living in the past and waste so much time thinking ” what if…”. If everything around you moved on why are you still there?
Holding on to things that don’t exist anymore it’s not the way to live.
Understand that the past can’t be changed, learn from it and find the strength to move on!
Life can be really amazing if only we could just try to see things a little different! Letting go and moving on can be the best thing for you. Don’t shut the door.
Embrace the new! Just be open to new opportunities, take a chance…it might be nothing, it might be something or it might be the ride of your life!

All those bad thoughts keep coming and driving you crazy? You have the power to stop it! Focus your mind on something else, it doesn’t matter what just do it! It will take your mind off the problem. And this is very important…each time the thought comes back to your mind…ignore it. Don’t think about it!
Let go and move on
Ask yourself if there it’s something you can do about it. Will that matter in 1 week, 1 month? 1 year? If it doesn’t depend on you, don’t worry about it. Accept things you can’t change. Some things just are the way they are.
Isn’t it funny when sometimes you think of someone or you really miss that person and the same day somehow that person calls you or you coincidentally meet?
How seeing that person or hearing his/her voice can make everything look better? You’re instantly happier and everything gets easier.
Always treasure people who care about you and who will stay by your side no matter what happens good or bad ! Those are people who really love you, people who you really have a connection with and deserve to be in your life.

I’ve always admired my dance teacher. When she enters the room, the way she walks, the way she looks and her attitude instantly makes everyone look at her. When she smiles and starts talking the atmosphere in the room gets so positive and full of life.
What’s her secret? Well… she’s just being herself. She loves what she’s doing, she loves herself, she’s confident and shows all of these in everything she does.

You are unique! Stand up tall, stay true to yourself. Be spontaneous do what you love and enjoy every day. If you’re feeling happy with who you really are people will see that.
Accept your mistakes. Nobody’s perfect, we all make mistakes and today is a new day! Perfect for a fresh start.
Focus on positive things and move on. And most important… don’t let anyone define you.
Surround yourself with the right people and dismiss the ones who try to limit you. Don’t let criticisms bring you down. It’s your life, your destiny. Take control of your life and spend it the way you want not how others tell you.

Today, people are so busy running from one place to another, having stressful days, sitting for hours at the desk, grabbing something to eat on their way and ignoring the most important thing. Health! Take care of your body every single day.

Do What You Love
OK, I know what you’re thinking. But, believe it or not…it’s true. If you can do in life what you like then, you’ll be happy. If you don’t like something don’t do it!
I know it’s hard and sometimes you have to do things that you don’t like. If this is your case, try to find something that you like in what you do. At least until you’ll be able to do what you like.
For example if you don’t like your job but you like your colleagues concentrate on this part till you find a better job.
Here is a thing you can do …ask yourself what do you like to do. What makes your heart happy and puts a big smile on your face? Make a list and try to do those things.
What you do every day matters! It can make you happy or unhappy. It’s your choice how it’s going to be.
Stop postponing your happiness. Stop waiting for the perfect day, perfect moment, perfect dress, car, money, house, for summer, for someone else to make you happy. Learn to live in the moment. Start using these simple ways to enjoy life and be happy right now. Focus on the present moment and live life to the fullest.
